The Royal Parks Foundation, the charity for the eight Royal Parks, is launching central London's first ever half marathon on 12 October 2008, starting and ending in Hyde Park.
The 12,500 runners will race through four Royal Parks, taking in superb views of Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye, Marble Arch and the Royal Albert Hall.
Whether you are a charity that would like to benefit or a keen runner this is a great chance to get involved with a new high profile Central London run. Small or large, charity or community group, there are lost of ways to get involved but you need to get in quick as there are limited spaces and deadlines for charity applications.
